If you are experiencing stressful times, even the best diet will struggle to assist you struggle with IBS. A diet in isolation can only help so much if your IBS is being exacerbated by lifestyle demands.
While we heartily recommend the low FODMAP diet, do not forget to look after your own well being. Are you getting enough sleep? Are you anxious? Such questions need to be addressed.
