IBS Sano - Low FODMAP Recipes - Logo Background


1 banana, peeled and sliced

½ pint lactose free milk

handful of ice

1-2 tbsp maple syrup (optional)


Place the banana, lactose free milk, ice and maple syrup in a blender and then blend until smooth.

Transfer to a serving glass and serve at once.
