IBS Sano - Low FODMAP Recipes - Logo Background

Ingredients


3-4 tbsp mayonnaise

1-2 tbsp cranberry sauce

3 cooked skinless chicken breast, shredded

handful rocket

6 slices gluten free bread, lightly buttered (lactose free).










Method


Mix the mayonnaise and shredded chicken together in a bowl. .

Fill the sandwiches with the chicken mixture and top with some rocket and cranberry.
