Low FODMAP Chicken and pineapple salad -  gluten free Low FODMAP Recipe Chicken and pineapple salad


2 slices fresh pineapple , chopped

1 red repper chopped and deseeded

½ lime, juice only

1 tbsp olive oil

¼ red chilli, finely chopped

½ ready-cooked chicken breast, chopped

Handful mixed leaf salad

handful of mixed fresh herbs e.g. mint, basil, coriander and parsley


Place all of the ingredients into a bowl, stir well and serve.
