Low FODMAP and Gluten Free Recipe - Chocolate Chip Cookie

Ingredients


75g Lactose Free Butter

75g Sugar

4 tbsps Water

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

100g Gluten Free Flour

1 tsp Gluten Free Baking Powder

1 tbsp Lactose Free Milk

75g Lactose Free Chocolate Chips








Method


Heat the oven to Oven 200°C/Fan 180°C/400°F/Gas 6. Line a baking tray with baking parchment.

Cream together the lactose free butter and sugar. Beat in the water and vanilla.

Sieve in the gluten free flour and baking powder into the bowl and mix well.

Stir in the lactose free milk followed by the chocolate chips.

Spoon into 12 mounds of dough on a parchment lined baking tray.

Bake in a pre-heated oven for 22/25 minutes.
