Low FODMAP and Gluten Free Recipe - Chocolate Fudge Frosting

Ingredients


55g/2oz lactose free butter

3 tbsp lactose free cream

200g/7oz icing sugar

30g/1oz cocoa powder

 











Method


Place the lactose free butter, lactose free cream, icing sugar and cocoa in a bowl over a saucepan of simmering water.

Stir well until the icing is smooth and glossy. Remove from heat, then allow to cool completely.  When cool it is ready to use.
