8 strawberries, washed
2 kiwi fruits, peeled and sliced
1 papaya - peeled and diced
16 blueberries, washed
For the chocolate sauce (optional)
2 tbsp cocoa powder
25g/1oz lactose free butter
125ml/4fl oz lactose free double cream
1 tsp orange zest
1 tbsp orange juice
Thread the fruit onto wooden kebab skewers, alternating the fruit.
To make the chocolate sauce, heat all the remaining chocolate sauce ingredients in a small saucepan until evenly combined.
Do not let the lactose free cream boil. Remove from the heat. Stir until well combined and the sauce is smooth and glossy.
Pour the chocolate sauce into a small bowl and serve as a dipping sauce for the kebabs.
