We hope you enjoy our low FODMAP recipes. We have adapted each FODMAP recipe so that you can enjoy the diet without feeling as though you are severely restricted. The eventual aim of the Low FODMAP diet, is to ensure that you have the most varied and nutritious diet possible and our Low FODMAP recipes reflect this.
While we do thoroughly recommend you enlist the help of a dietician to get you through the diet, we will ensure that we make it as easy as possible for you to follow the diet. In the coming weeks we will be ensuring that the Low FODMAP recipes are clearly labelled in terms of which stage in the process they best suit.
There are many recipes for the elimination stage, however there are a few which should be enjoyed during the challenge phase. We have included FODMAP food lists on the site to assist you in evaluating exactly where each dish belongs in the process.

If you are on the Low FODMAP diet you will need to know exactly what is in your food. We understand that time pressures make it difficult to cook, however we have tried to ensure that all dishes recommended are practical.
We have also included a variety of cooking products on the site which we feel, will greatly assist you in with the diet. Next time you go shopping make note if the time you spend reading labels, to avoid products that either trigger your IBS, or are unsuitable for the Low FODMAP diet.
