4 gluten free pitta breads
4 tsp tomato purée
4 ripe plum tomatoes, diced
4 slices ham, roughly torn
4 tsp Parmesan - grated
1 tbsp fresh low FODMAP pesto
Heat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6 and put a baking sheet inside to heat up.
Spread each gluten free pitta with 1 tsp purée. Top with the tomatoes, ham, mozzarella and Parmesan.
Place on the hot sheet and bake for 10 mins until the pittas are crisp, the cheese has melted.
Season and drizzle the pesto over each pitta pizza, if you like, and serve with a green salad.
