IBS Sano - Low FODMAP Recipes - Logo Background Recipes


100 g Sunflower Oil

2 tbsp Lactose free yogurt

50 g Caster Sugar

2 tbsp maple syrup

1 Egg

150 g Gluten Free Self Raising White Flour

1 tsp gluten free baking powder

1 tsp cinnamon

6 Paper Muffin Cases



Preheat the oven to 190°C/Fan 170°C/375°F/Gas 5. Beat together the oil, maple syrup, lactose free yogurt, sugar and egg.

Mix in the gluten free flour, gluten free baking powder and cinnamon.

Spoon into paper muffin cases standing on a baking tray. Bake in a pre heated oven for 20/25 minutes.
