Ingredients
4 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
pinch dried chili flakes
1 large handful spinach
1 large handful rocket
Mixed salad leaves
Jar roasted peppers
Chopped tomatoes
50g black olives
200g cooked shrimp
To serve
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
Gluten free garlic bread, to serve*
Drizzle garlic infused oil onto gluten free bread.
Method
Mix balsamic with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and dried chili flakes. Mix in salad, peppers, tomatoes, olives and shrimp. Season and serve with gluten free garlic bread.
