Ingredients


25g lactose free butter, softened

1 tbsp parsley, chopped

zest ½ lemon

1½ kg new potatoes
















Method


Blend the lactose free butter with the parsley and lemon zest.

Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, drain and tip into a serving dish. Top with the lactose free butter.
