For the Scrambled Egg

2 eggs

fresh basil and chives, torn

2 tbsp lactose free cream (optional)

Seasoning

To Serve

Gluten Free  muffins

2 tomatoes halved and grilled











Method


Scramble eggs, stir in chopped herbs and fresh herbs, and pile on toasted gluten free muffin halves.
