Ingredients


1  gluten free bagel

a slice smoked salmon

black pepper, to serve

a wedge of lemon, to serve

scrambled eggs














Method


Halve, toast and (lactose free) butter a gluten free bagel.

Drape a slice of smoked salmon on each half and spoon over the scrambled egg.

Grind over black pepper and serve with a wedge of lemon on the side.
