Low FODMAP and Gluten Free Recipe - Smoked salmon open-topped sandwich

Ingredients


4 slices seeded gluten free bread

100g/3½oz lactose free cream cheese

100g/3½oz smoked salmon slices

½ cucumber finely sliced

squeeze lemon juice

1 tsp finely chopped fresh chives, to garnish

1 tsp finely chopped fresh dill, to garnish

freshly ground black pepper

25g/1oz watercress, to serve









Method


Spread the gluten free bread with the lactose free cream cheese.

Top with the smoked salmon, cucumber and a little lemon juice.

Sprinkle with herbs and pepper. Serve with the watercress.
