IBS Sano - Low FODMAP Recipes - Logo Background

Ingredients


250g strawberries, halved

½ orange, juiced and zest cut off in strips

a slug of Cointreau or Grand Marnier

142ml pot lactose free double or whipping cream with 1 tbsp icing sugar

lactose/dairy free chocolate grated -optional














Method


Put the strawberries in a bowl with the orange juice and a slug of cointreau.

Macerate for 15 minutes.

Spoon into bowls, sprinkle on the orange zest and divide the lactose  free cream between them.

Top with grated chocolate.
