Ingredients


1 x 400g punnet strawberries

300ml lactose free double or whipping cream

meringue nests, broken

strawberry Sorbet - optional















Method


Whip the lactose free cream until thickened. Roughly mash half of the strawberries and then slice the rest.

Divide between 4 small bowls.

Top with a couple of broken meringue nests, lactose free cream  and scoops of strawberry sorbet.
