Ingredients


1 tbsp olive oil

8 rashers smoked streaky bacon, sliced

400g gluten free spaghetti

For the Dressing

1 tbsp chopped chives

1 tbsp garlic infused oil

1 tsp English mustard

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp white wine vinager

To Serve

Rocket leaves

Parmesan







Method


Heat the oil in a large non-stick frying pan.  Add the bacon, turn up the heat and fry until cooked.

Meanwhile, cook the gluten free pasta following pack instructions. Stir in the bacon.

Whisk the dressing together then toss through the cooked gluten free pasta and bacon.

Top with Parmesan and rocket leaves.
