500-600g/1lb 2oz-1lb 5oz chicken breast, cut into strips
1 red chili, chopped
½ tbsp salt
1 tbsp cracked black pepper
3-4 tbsp maple syrup
2 limes, zest and juice
handful fresh cilantro
Heat a wok or frying pan to high. Add a little vegetable oil and heat until smoking hot. Stir fry the chicken until the meat is sealed and starting to brown.
Add the chili, salt and pepper, cook for a few seconds before adding the syrup, lime zest and juice, continue cooking until the meat is glazed and cooked through. Finally add the fresh cilantro and sesame.
