For the arrabbiata sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp garlic infused oil
1 red chili, chopped
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tsp caster sugar
3 plum tomatoes, chopped
salt and freshly ground black pepper
For the gnocchi
150g/5½oz ready-made gluten free gnocchi*, cooked according to packet instructions

For the arrabbiata sauce, heat the oil in a frying pan and gently fry the chili, then add the vinegar, garlic oil and sugar and stir well.
Add the chopped tomatoes and simmer until thickened, then season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
For the gluten free gnocchi, place the gnocchi into a serving bowl and drizzle with oil.
Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper and stir.
To serve, pour the sauce over the gnocchi.
