IBS Sano - Low FODMAP Recipes - Logo Background


3 strawberries

25ml/1fl oz strawberry vodka

1 tbsp fresh lime juice

2 tsp vanilla sugar

4 fresh mint leaves

½ glass chilled champagne

fresh mint sprig, to garnish


Place the strawberries, vodka, lime juice, sugar and mint leaves into a cocktail shaker, add a handful of ice and shake hard.

Strain the cocktail into the chilled glass of champagne and garnish with the mint sprig.
