IBS Sano - Low FODMAP Recipes - Logo Background


35ml/1¼fl oz white rum

1 tbsp strawberry liqueur

1 tsp sugar syrup

20ml/¾fl oz freshly squeezed lime juice

4 fresh strawberries

To serve

1 fresh strawberry


Place all the ingredients into a food processor with a handful of crushed ice and blend until smooth.

Pour into a goblet glass, garnish with a fresh strawberry and serve.

You can replace the rum with vodka, however it will cease to be a Daiquiri, it will not cease to be delicious!
