For the Scrambled Egg

2 eggs

fresh basil and chives, torn

2 tbsp lactose free cream (optional)


To Serve

Gluten Free bread sliced and toasted

a slice of ham off the bone, or prosciutto

2 tomatoes sliced

Handful basil leaves


Make the scrambled egg, stirring in the lactose free cream and herbs at the end.

Toast the gluten free bread. Top the gluten free bread with a slice of ham off the bone or prosciutto, then pile on the tomato and basil.

Finally top with scrambled eggs. Sprinkle with chives or basil to serve.
